Can't update profile info (preferred language and country)
In the profile page of COD.com, you can't change the preferred language or country because there's nothing in in the drop down menus. As a result, u can't change any account setting like email or password, etc.

EROR: 1603 during installation of patch 1.4
I've been trying literally over a week to update my game.
I downloaded all the necessary patches and updates and installed them by their right order, but something ALWAYS goes wrong and it's driving me nuts.
All the patches were downloaded from GAMERSHELL (redirected through this website).
Finally when I thought I could play, I got the error I mentioned above, How can I fix it (I have enough space in all of my hard disks).

I built a new pc using windows 7 RC & went to install COD WAW & I am getting an error 1603 fatal error windows installer....help (msi.chm) or MSDN... Anyone know what this error means?

CANNOT LOG IN TO CALLOFDUTY.COM
I have created a new account because I cannot login with my old account. I've tried Firefox, Chrome and IE. This site will send me a password reset but it won't let me login. Does anyone know how to contact support and get a response? I've tried emailing support@callofduty.com and the phone number. Those are black holes.

Registration issue
Hello,
I have some problems when im trying to register an account on site: http://www.callofduty.com/register, when im done filling all blanks and pressing submit button site just refreshing clears all blanks and not sending activation mail. Other way: im trying to get to theater at http://www.callofduty.com/theater and then registration site http://www.callofduty.com/register?referer=%2Ftheater, same problem as above. I hadnt problems registrating on https://profile.callofduty.com/p/register.act but activation mail hasnt been send either but my account is active. Also from this site i can chose game wich is black ops nad trying to get to theater but its directs me to https://elite.callofduty.com/account/verifylink, and now i dont understand, cause i played many times and tried refreshing site and nothing happening, plus what is gamer tag? is playstation network account? if not i dont know what is it, membership profile i imagine is an account that ive created.
Is there any way to complete my registration to get to black ops theater?
When im trying to log in its says that: we have your information but u need filled some other data and all but not my mail and password is cleared, after filling all again its says that my mail is used.
Any1 can help?

I was Playing Blacks Ops 2 Last night Ranked From Prestige 2 level 39 to Prestige 2 Level 41. Turned my PS3 back on this morning and it says " Data Corrupted, Restored to last known rank 39? Never hacked or boosted or anything against the rules or even tried. Help?

(X360) Black screen bug on "the Defector" mission
Bassically after I finish calling in the support on the designated targets, you need to help woods push in a door or something to get off the street? While you are doing this a car explodes towards you and the screen goes black.... after this i presume the next part of the mission loads and you would continue. But for me the screen stays completely black, my team mates continue to talk and i can see the objective markers and the d-pad in my bottom right hand corner.
I took me a while but i eventually got through it without see'ing anything by following the markers and i managed to trigger a cutscene but the screen continued to stay black.
I've tried to restart the mission, restart checkpoint and i have even reset my console and started the mission again. I also have the game installed to my hard drive.

can't find DirectX 9.03C
My buddy just got the game and installed. Tried to play and gets the following error message:
can't find DirectX 9.03C. He is running VISTA PRO which comes with Direct x 10, and tried installing that (9.03) version of direct x as per insturctions, but received an error message saying it was not compatable with his OS.
I am running vista and direct x 10, and the game runs no problem. Never even had to upgrade my direct x.
Has anyone ran into this and fixed it? Any help is appreciated!

Black Ops 1 (PC): Server not available
So I wanted to play Black Ops 1 again after a break of a few month. I opened it and tried connecting, but then it said that the "Server is currently not available!" I have no idea why this is happening and it is really annoying, as I cant play a game that I paid for!

I know how to port forward and everything just put down instrusction if you know how to fix this iv gotten into a room before but got disconnected saying error joining room and i actually found other players then it booted me but that means multiplayer is working but not on my ipad mini with retina if theres something wrong with game center please tell me how to fix this

CoD:WaW keeps crashing! HELP!
Hi,
This game keeps freezing, and locking up my PC! It happens after about 15-20 minutes of gameplay.
My PC is NOT overheating, because I can play other games like Left 4 Dead for hours on maximum settings and not have any issues. It is NOT an issue with my power supply or any other component either. This is the ONLY game I have issues with.
I have tried:
-Reinstalling the game (tried this 3 times)
-Using the newest video drivers
-Using old video drivers (recommended by other people with this issue who have my video card)
-Updating sound card drivers
-Updating chipset drivers
-Installing Windows 7 (to get access to a 64 bit OS instead of 32 bit XP)
I'm REALLY tired of this issue, I spent $50 to get a game to play, NOT to get a part-time job trying to get it TO RUN! If ANYONE can help, please do! I'm completely out of ideas at this point.

250 GB Harddrive
